Syncing with iTunes ..

My friend shared his iTunes account with me so I can download apps that he already paid for, but.. I'm wondering if I sync with iTunes on my computer with my Apple ID.. will iTunes delete all the apps I got with his iTunes account?*
Must I log in his iTunes account in too and download ALL of his apps and delete those that I do not want and re-sync?
Or what should I do?

I would suggest buying your own apps and not cheating the developers by getting paid apps free from your friend.
