System issue?

All of s sudden today I keep getting a "box" that says......about://(null) Debug3. What is this and how do i fix it? My only choice is to hit ok. I don't want to. Ok something that I have no idea what it is. Yesterday some apps were running slow email took forever to send. I have the iPad2 64gb.
