Taking video or photos in sun light..

Just wondering if this is happening to any one else, when taking a video or photo in sunlight do you get like a negative effect.... I do not know any way else to describe it? Its ok until in a certain position then it seems to go funny like I said a negative effect..... Should I take it to apple and see what they say? Or is this normal?

Not a clue but I wonder it the display light sensor is not the cause. Maybe its normal.
