TED talks app

I have saved a number of talks on the TED app but when I watch them they freeze at some point & I can't watch to the end i.e. the talk stops but the talk timer continues.
Is this a bug in the app? Or have the talks been saved poorly on their servers?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

When an app behaves strangely it is best to close it completely and then relaunch it. From the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly. Have another go and see if this has made a difference, let us know.

Thanks for the input. I had already tried this and closed all apps, including the TED app. No improvement. The talks still freeze, even though hey show as fully downloaded on my iPad.
Is there a way to get a message to the TED people to check the talks and how they download? I'm sure I'm not the only one having this problem?

Have a look at the app in the app store there should be a contact there for support and let them know what's happening. Good luck!
