Tesco email set up and compatability

Hi,
I have a tesco email account,and have issues getting on the emails to view my messages,I can log into the email site but can not get the messages to open up as to read them fully,(they stay in a small box with out seeing all the message),how do I make the tesco site compatable with the iPad so the whole message opens up on 1 page.

We will need a bit more information. Tesco is a chain store in the UK similar to WalMart or Sobey's. Most of us will be unfamiliar with the name, to say nothing of their internet and email services.

At the least, we need to know the type of email service; IMAP, POP, Exchange, for example. Armed with this information, someone may be able to give some advice.
