Testing new apps

Hi
I was sent zip file with latest version of app to test (flud) . Downloaded this on iMac, connected iPad.... Then could make no sense of the instructions to upload to iPad. Are there any step by step posts on this forum ? Tried search but could not find anything.

Flud is available at the iPad's App Store and it's free.

But if it's a prototype app from a Developer then read this...
