Texting from iPad 1

Finally got iOS 5 downloaded and made my first text from my iPad 1. I think this is going to be a good feature for iPad 1 owners.

I use Text Now for text messages. I can text anyone, Apple user or not. Why would I want to use an app that only texts other Apple devices using iOS5?

Someone doesn't have an Apple Device? That person isn't in my Family.
