Hi I have new IPad when I txt to mobiles some come up with"not registered to receive txt " why?

Are you referring to a txt app or the iMessage app included on your iPad? If you are talking about the iMessage-you can only send it to those that have an apple device with the ios5 update. Hope that helps you. Let us know.

imessage is for apple to apple only.
