Hi there,
My name is Onyinye, I want to say thank you to you great guys for such welcome experience.
O am not really new to the use of apple devices, just that you can't really know it all. I have always been obsessed with gadgets and when I discovered that apple makes great and exclusive products, I pledge my allegiance. I have all there major and latest products, from the iPods, iPhone 4s, Mac etc. just awaiting for the arrival of the new iPad.
However, I have problem with my ipad2 camera. The camera shutter refused to open. All my personal effort to get it working is voided, please can anyone give me tips. Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Have you closed the camera App completely? When an app behaves strangely it is best to close it completely and then relaunch it. From the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly. Now see if it's working and let us know.

Hi Lelai, thank you for your feedback concerning my ipad 2 camera shutter. I have fixed the problem by a technician.
I am trying to creat an iTunes account for a client and I have completed the process and even got it very verified, using iTunes gift card. However it keeps asking me to review my account information before I can make purchase for the first time. After reviewing my information, i am now asked to contact iTunes support to complete this transaction. Please guys what can I do?
I don't want to he doesn't have master or visa or discovery card so I used iTunes gift card.

An iTunes gift card should be fine for this and is what I use myself. Are you trying to buy an app through the app store when this happens? When an app behaves strangely it is best to close it completely and then relaunch it. From the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. No. I just finished creating the account for a client. Attempting to sign into the new account to make purchase from the app store, what I saw is that this account has not been used before to purchase from the app store, I should click review button to go thru the account information again. This I have did and they now requested that I should contact iTunes support to complete the transaction.
