The Josephine Hart Poetry App

The Josephine Poetry App has not been working for days. Initially, when I clicked on some features, it would jump back
to the Ipad desktop while others worked and a white banner appeared on the bottom of the page. Now the app stays grey and will not open at all. What can I do about this? Please advise.

Have you tried deleting the app and re-downloading it?
