As it was pretty much expected, Apple has indeed unveiled the iPad Pro. But what has almost gone unnoticed is the new iPad mini 4, which is the first substantial update to the line in almost two years.
Apple's 7.9-inch tablet has seen its specs updated to match last year's iPad Air 2, which means the device gets Apple's A8x processor which is needed to run all iOS 9's new multitasking features.
The iPad mini's back camera has been updated, as well, to an 8-megapixel shooter. The iPad mini 4 comes in the same space grey, silver and gold color options. The storage is starting at 16GB and there's the Retina display which has remained unchanged.
Pricing starts at $399 for the 16GB model, which is the same as last year. Apple also cut the price of the iPad mini 2 to $269 for a 16GB model.
