The Store on IBooks won't open???

What am I doing wrong when I go to IBooks and the store won't open? Hope this is not too dumb of a question.

There are no dumb questions.

Go to Settings - General - Restrictions and make sure iBooks Store is enabled (allowed).

There were problems with most of the iStores earlier today. Try again. It may work now.
