After seeing this for weeks on Apple's iPad retail page. It is interesting to see just how many people reading it only assumed one thing. The very reason for delays and or also the fact that the iPad could NOT be sold until authorized by FCC.
Didn't it really mean, Without Pre Authorization (from Apple or licensee), this unit could not be for sale leased or sold? Otherwise also awaiting approval from FCC. Just seems somewhat vague, as if it could be taken two ways. :comingsoon:
