Three Non Functioning Icons Just Appeared

On the 3rd screen of icons 3 icons appeared just behind the icons that work.

I tried changing the wallpaper picture to see if they would go away but they didn't. I tried removing all icons from that screen but they stayed.

Nothing I tried would remove them so I did a restore and then synced the Ipad and they are now gone.

This happen to anybody else?

Anybody know a way to remove them without doing a restore?

Sorry, it's too late. I already did the restore and backup.

If it happens again, I will be sure to capture a picture.
