Too many redirects....................gggrrrr

Hello,

My partner recently purchased an IPAD 3 and it is a fantastic piece of kit.

However, whenever she tries to access a particular site, ITV Player, an annoying message appears advising that it can't open due to too many redirects.

Have tried deleting history and cookies but that doesn't work.

I would be much obliged if somebody could tell me how to resolve this issue.

For what it's worth, the browser is Safari and the search engine used is google.

There is an App for iTV Player, you don't need to access through Safari......in fact, I didn't think that you could.

ITV app downloaded. Will see how it goes and report back.

They have just upgraded it so that you can watch live TV as well as previously shown programmes.
