Not directly.

There is a website that will download a torrent to a temporary location for you, the you can download to your ipad from there.

I'm sorry, I should have given you a clear link to the rules in my post as that link, in my "signature" at the bottom of my post, is far from highly visible, at least in the iPadForums app.
