touch screen

Hi,

Is there a way to make the touch screen more sensitive? Sometimes I have to touch something 3 times before it does what it is supposed too.

What I have found is when my Ipad is slow to react it is a RAM issue. I'm usually low on Ram and the initial slowness can be solved by closing some apps that are not closed out.
I use xsysinfo to close out background apps instead of the double tap the home button, press an app icon until they all wiggle with a -sign, then tap them to close them.
