Transfer contacts

I have a first and second generation iPad. I set up my iPad 2 as a new device via iTunes, How can I transfer my contacts from my iPad 1 to the iPad 2?

The easiest option is to restore your iPad 2 with a backup from your 1st gen iPad.

Just connect the iPad 2 to your PC, then in iTunes go to the iPad page and hit restore.

i got a transfer contacts questions, well my co worker does actually. She wants to know if theres as way to transfer her contacts to her ipad from her MSN email account?
