Transfer IPad files to Pc via USB

What's the new best program for a pc to get files out of an Ipad like music & movies?

Nope, there is no USB for iPad transfer files, it's rumors that iPad 2 will get USB port (http://www.tgdaily.com/mobility-features/53281-w00t-second-gen-ipad-may-get-usb’d )
But now there are have a solution for USB: adapters
Apple has a solution for the iPad’s missing SD card slot and USB port: adapters

I've tried iPhone Explorer for that but it's very unstable and prone to crashing often.
It's an app you install on the host computer, not available in the app store but on the net. Google it...

What about GoodReader

I am Connecting my iPAD to the XP-LapTOP .
Run the "GoodReader" program on my laptop, and can transfer files.

There are lots of similar (Limited though) programs that allow you to transfer files without the use of the iTune.

There are lots of similar (Limited though) programs that allow you to transfer files without the use of the iTune.

Yes there are lots of apps that do that but they can't transfer files from the Apple apps Such as Movies and iPod; except iPhone Explorer.
