Transfer Kindle from PC

When I made the sync of my iPad2 for the first time something happened to my Kindle books that I bought to read in PC.
I could not transfer them from Archive to Home and every time that I deregister the Kindle app and re install it from Apps Store the same message appears again ans again: de-register the application and register again which I can't do.

Any help from somebody? Should I buy everything again?

You shouldn't have to buy everything again, make sure you have the most current kindle app on your iPad AS WELL AS on your PC.
