I got a new iPad and want to give my other one to my boyfriend. How do I transfer ownership?

You can go into settings, general, reset and select "erase all content and settings". This will erase all "non stock" Apps, all data and settings and will de- link it from your iTunes account. Basically as if it were a new iPad just purchased. Your boyfriend can then re set it up with his account and then load whatever apps, data and settings that he wants. Please know, this will delete everything accept "stock" apps.
Xxxx xxxxx xxxxx is very useful to transfer the ipad files into your system or it will help you to make the backup of the ipad files. It will also convert the non supported files into the ipad supported files format. So this software make you some more flexible towards the ipad files.
