Transferring Contacts to PC

Is there a way to copy my iPad2 Contacts to my desktop PC? PC is running Windows 7.

I use a program called "iPad Mate Platinum" from Iamtoo.com. It installes on your PC and allows you to transfer files, folders, ringtones, contacts, videos, and photos between your pc and iPad (iPad2) or your hard drive to itunes or iTunes and iPad (iPad2) as well as your iPhone. The program does even more than I listed so have a look.
