Transferring photos using itunes

[AGH]

Have transferred photos using itunes, but after first folder transferred, all other folders go into the first which is then renamed with the 2nd folder transferred.
Also although say 13 photos shown to be transferred in itunes, only 10 are actual transferred.

Any thoughts ?
