transferring programs from laptop to ipad2

Is it possible to transfer or copy a program I installed on my laptop to my ipad2? I have a program that creates photo books, calendars, cards, etc. and I want to transfer it to my ipad2. HELP! I need to get this done ASAP, if possible!
