Trouble Loading ios 9.3

I update to ios 9.3 and it says, I am not connected to the internet. I am connected through Wi-Fi and Verizon.
Has anyone had this trouble and know the answer?

I saw this problem somewhere else, although I haven't experienced it myself.

If your device is an iPad Air or earlier, you can't update to iOS 9.3 (except for the iPad 2,2), because Apple stopped signing the software for these devices.
In that case, you'll have to wait, until Apple releases an updated version of 9.3.
