iPF Noob
need an assistance here, my nephew iPad won't open due to above problem but it was never connected to computer before. she now remember the passcode but the icon for entering doesn't show. Pls help:

Hi Mike--Are you referring to your itunes account ID/Password? Or your referring to connecting to itunes to your PC using the USB cord? A little more information may be helpful.
