Trouble setting up ssh

I want to be able to move some stuff from my laptop so I dl'd open ssh from Cydia
got my ipad2 ip addy
opened cmd in my windows lappy
ssh [email protected]
get this error; ssh is not recognized as an internal or external command.

That's as far as I get. Can anyone assist?

Ssh isn't part of Windows. Google & download WinSCP and Putty, both free...
I think I wrote a guide in the guides section...
