Turn off auto mute

Hello
I hope someone can help me, when I for example go on Youtube through Safari, it auto mutes the music am plyaing in other programs.

This goes for other programs as well, my problem is Mindfeud, that also mutes music.
My question is, how do I turn this auto mute off?
