It is my understanding that once a tv series episode has been aired on pay tv it the becomes available to download on iTunes. Correct?
Why is then that I have paid for the entire season of 'the secret circle' but the last two episodes are not available for download even though they have been aired on pay tv?
Does anyone know what to do when this is happening, is it just slackness on iTunes behalf or is there a valid reason that they don't seem to think should be shared with the paying customers? I just don't get it!
