Unable to download song

Why is my iPad not allowing me to redownload music I purchased previously. It didn't reload when I updated to 5.1. Told me I had to wait 90 days to download from a different apple id. I have 2 ids cause my husband and I were sharing until iCloud started messing up our contacts and crossing our text messages to other people. Someone please help . Need my music back.

Switching AppleIDs forces that limitation if you have iTunes Match, I believe.

It's required by Apple's agreements with the music Copyright holders, and not changeable.

You just have to wait...

It's to keep people from jumping between AppleIDs and downloading everyone else's music. I think.
