Unable to sign out of gmail on ipad mini

Hello, Can someone please tell me how to sign out of gmail on my ipad. I have no problem on my desktop, only the mini ipad. Thanks.

I am unable to see anything in your reply other than "tap the email address". Anything else is too large to read.

After tapping the email address, tap "Sign out of all accounts".

If you still don't understand how to sign out, after following J.A.'s excellent advice, please post a screenshot of the window.

TO TAKE A SCREENSHOT : Press the home button and power button simultaneously and leave it. You will hear your camera taking a picture and the screen will flash.
