Unable to update 4.3.5

I am unable to update the latest software update for my Ipad. It keeps saying error due to internet connection got disconnected. This has happened 5-6 times i tried this. Is there any problems with this download. Have updated the software with earlier versions several times. Please help help.

I updated without any issues whatsoever. If your Internet connection drops during the download, this may explain that.

Same thing has happened to me about 8 times. Even at 6:30 AM on Sunday and on 2:30 AM on a weekday, the download times out and won't complete. But I can download apps, songs, books, etc. with no problem. Are there any mirror sites, or other suggestions? I do look at PDFs and I don't want my iPad hacked.
