Unable to update to iOS 9.3

I get an error indicating I'm am not connected, however, I am able to access safari, other sites etc.. In fact I am using my ipad2 to send this and access the forum. I have reset several times with no luck. Any ideas?

Have you tried doing the update through iTunes as well as OTA?

No no I had not done that but as soon as I sent the post I tried again for th6th time and it worked. Not sure what the issue was but at least it worked. Thanks for your reply!
