Unable to upgrade to ios5

I m getting a network error everytime i try to upgrade my ipad to ios5.......plz help.....my network is gud ......i hv tried 3 times

Try going to
Settings
Safari, then delete cookies and history.....worth a try

Maybe an outside observation....................is OP trying to update via Wireless? I always thought you had to connect directly by cable to your PC with the latest I Tunes installed.........OP uses the term "Network is gud"
