Can I undo a recent update?I liked the previous version better.

I'm afraid not. The only way to get an older version of an app is if you synced your iPad with iTunes on your computer while the older version of the app was on your iPad. You can then delete the updated version from your iPad and connect your iPad to iTunes on your computer and download the older version of the app from there.
