Yes for several reasons. I already know that the screen is going to be great for my eyes as I'm having a much easier time reading web pages and such. I'm not a big time photographer however I do have a 20 month old granddaughter and when we get to visit a couple times a month and the iPad is always so handy to snap off a few shots or video. Now with the improved camera system they will be worth keeping and looking at! I also think that the overall system seems to be a little snappier.

I had a Ipad 1..32GB.. It has been full and I needed the extra space. Honestly I live the new one but if I had the 2 I wouldn't have upgraded
