iOS 6 jb is almost done so your best bet would be to upgrade to 6.1 via iTunes (not OTA) and wait.

Since you were jailbroken, you had to connect to a pc to upgrade right? Launch iTunes, and see if you have a backup (should've automatically been backed up when you updated). Restore from a backup if you have one.

If you are asking how you are to upgrade, launch iTunes, backup your iPad, and restore/update it. Once finished restore the backup
