Updating iPad's iOS

Hi, so...my iOS on my ipad is 4.2.2, and recently the itunes has been
prompting me to update to iOS 4.3.3, and my 4.2.2 is jailbroken and a ~ edited by moderator ~
but if i update my iOS from 4.2.2 to 4.3.3, will it erase the apps
that i have been downloading include the cydia.app ?
