Upgrade jailbroken IPad 2 16 GB Wifi rev A from 5.1.1 to 7.0.3?

Hi,

I have a jailbroken IPad 2 16 GB WiFi rev A that I need to upgrade from 5.1.1 to vanilla 7.0.3.

I have downloaded the 5.1.1 firmware but redsn0w demands a blob of some kind? How do I do this upgrade as simple as possible?
