Upgrade problems

After about 7 attempts last night I finally upgraded my IPAD 2 to IOS5. I have the following problems-

The icons in my video page are just blank although the videos themselves appear ok.

My playlist in music have disssappeareds although the music is there. Some of the artwork has vanished.

I use avplayerhd app and all the files in it have vanished.


Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears.

Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.


One of these may fix the video and/or album problems. I doubt there is anything that can be done about the AVplayer, though you can try connecting it back to iTunes and do another Restore from Backup.
