Uploading photos to Facebook

Hi, since buying the iPad we have had all sorts of problems trying to upload multiple photos to Facebook. I have downloaded the photo manager pro app, as well as the Facebook app, and friendly app and although you can upload photos to Facebook all photos go into 1 file. Is there a way to create your own folders then upload the photos from iPad to those files like you do through a normal windows browser site???
