Why can I not upload photos onto websites on the iPad?

iCab Mobile, a third party browser, will let you upload photos to most sites.

Or if the site you are using has an app in the App Store, that should work even better. Most of the popular photo sharing sites have an app.

I can not change my profile photo every time I download a picture it fades away if someone can help me solve this problem
