Uploading pictures/Store GardenClub

I joined Homedepot garden club and was attempting to upload pictures of my garden projects. The upload features weren't highlighted so I signed off Safari and used Swiffter to sign on. This time the upload buttons were highlighted but didn't work. Normally I can do functions requiring flash when I switch to switfter. I wrote the garden web site and asked them if something was wrong with their web site that I was having problems uploading pictures with my UPAS 2. They responded it was not their web site. Any suggestions? Is there any settings tweaks I can make on my IPAD2
that would allow me to upload? Thanks in advance.
