Uploading programs?

I'm trying to upload Rosetta Stone on to my IPad. Is there a programs that makes this an easy process? Sorry if this is already in another thread, I couldn't find one that related to my problem. Thanks in advance.

what file format is it? make sure file format is supported by ipad. or one of the apps.

yup, make sure the formats are supported by the iPad, and then follow the iPad upload specs: Apple - iPad - Guided Tours
if still have problem, Google is your friend...
