I am trying to upload a document to a website, say Seek, in the button that says upload resume. When I do this it only wants to upload photos. How can I upload from other places in the ipad? It is an ipad 4 running iOS 6. I would really like to upload from the app 'docs to go'.

The third party browser, iCab Mobile, can upload to most web sites. It can only upload files that are in it's own file system, so the first thing you have to do is copy the resume to iCab Mobile. This can be done through DropBox or sharing from the originating app using Open In.
Apple is opening up the way apps access files with iOS 8. I'm not sure how this will affect Safari and web uploading; but news so far gives me hope.
