Video converter

I Have a shared drive on my network and I can get access to this drive with my iPad no problem is there an app I can use to access the videos on that drive then convert to divx or any other format that will play on PS3.

I have just got rid of my pc because needed the money for Christmas and all I have is my iPad and the external cloud drive.. My PS3 can access my cloud drive but there are still some video files that need converting as PS3 won't play ac3 and some other formats.....
