Video player and cutter app

Hi all, and merry xmas!
I am a new iPadMini user and searching for an application do to these things:

- Go back/forward 2-3 seconds
- Play faster or slower
- Push a button START and a button END to cut a video piece and export it to new file

I would use it for sport coaching, extracting some matches actions...for Win/Mac I use LongoMatch, and I'm searching for something similar for iPad...no too complex like iMovie!

I seem to remember some apps specifically designed sports analysis.

Try searching for sports coach video in the App Store. I saw a few possibilities when I did.

I've seen some apps, but most of them is not free, so I can't just buy all them to try
From screenshots, I didn't see "my perfect app", maybe it's to searched in video editing, but I hope some of you knows something...thanks

Oh well, all I have my self is iMovie, which you are already familiar with. Hopefully someone else will chip in. I know at least one other person was after something similar several months ago, but I don't remember what the solution was, or even if one was found.
