I know the trick for taking a screenshot on the iPad. What I want to know is this: is there a way to record video of your screen? I'm thinking about the Angry Birds videos out there. I want to record video (and audio) of me making changes in one of my apps as a demonstration for a class that I'm taking.

On a stock iPad, there is no way to record video of what is currently on your home screen.
