Vimeo Revamps its iPhone/iPad App with a new Design, Faster Video Loading

Vimeo is a U.S.-based video-sharing website on which users can upload, share and view videos and is one of the most popular services of its kind. Released on the iTunes Store for quite a while now, the official app has now been update with new important features.

The Vimeo-est app ever: all-new look and feel with streamlined menus, more lightweight design, and a friendlier vibe. A new home for you: quick access to your videos, feed, likes, and Watch Later queue. View and edit info in a snap: tap a video to see its description and metadata; share, like, and add comments more easily. Now, the Vimeo app aimed at Phone, iPad, and iPod touch users comes with a new, lighter design as well as some useful new features. First of all, it comes with a “friendlier†design that is easier to navigate, lighter, and cleaner and also features more user-interface elements to blend into the design aesthetic of iOS 7. As a matter of fact, Vimeo became an iOS partner last year and after that, it has integrated Vimeo video uploading in iOS 7.


Also, the updated Vimeo application now includes a new home screen for accessing many of Vimeo’s functions.
