Vpn broke after jailbreak

Jailbroke my iPad 2?using the cli method. Every is fine but the VPN is broken and will not turn on. Is there a fix for this?

Not even close. It worked fine before It was jailbroke

I seemed to have fixed it. I had to go into network and connect to the VPN there, after that the main vpn shortcut works. Weird. Also the youtube icon is solid white

VPN is used as part of the jailbreak. If you normally use it, you probably needed to go into network to reset things...

I also cannot get VPN to come on. I have done various resets of network, all content and network, content to no avail. When I do the network reset the jailbreak vpn settings go away. which then allows me to create new vpn settings but when I try to do the jailbreak again I go back into a mode where VPN will not stay on.
